On The 28th of October 2016, I learned that if you check on the back of a packet, you can see the fat, sugar and sodium (Salt). If the fat, sugar and sodium (Salt) are really low, that means it's more healthy. I hope you enjoyed what I learned today but it is something you can check if you want to see if some food in a packet is healthy or not.

The First Swimming Day Of Term 4
Today our class went swimming at Canterbury swim school. My swimming coach was Matthew. Matthews group (including me) were doing freestyle, kicking and swimming in the long pool to the end with and without the boards. I will show you a video of me swimming to the long end of the pool. I am the one with the blue cap and I have a pink board, I am going to the middle of the pool, I hope you can spot me.
